Mr. Dow has over 15 years of experience with numerous federal and state environmental laws, representing and advising both private and public sector clients in a wide variety of matters. Among these are litigation in state and federal courts arising out of hazardous waste and petroleum-contaminated sites, oversight of the investigation and cleanup of contaminated sites, corporate environmental regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence in connection with corporate transactions and environmental impacts arising out of small to large land use projects. Mr. Dow has extensive environmental litigation experience, including contaminated sediment matters, contaminated groundwater matters, and environmental matters specific to the oil and gas industry.
