Mr. Shapp has represented private clients on a variety of environmental litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Shapp’s environmental litigation experience includes drafting pre-trial motions and pleadings, conducting discovery, deposing fact witnesses, and preparing expert witnesses for deposition. He joined Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC in 2011.

Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC, Mr. Shapp worked for the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in its Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office and was a law clerk to the Honorable Michael M. Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before law school, Mr. Shapp worked for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
