Askman, a former U.S. Dept. of Justice (DOJ) trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience litigating federal environmental cases, has joined the law firm of Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC as Senior Counsel. Askman, who served as Trial Attorney and Senior Counsel for the DOJ’s Environmental Enforcement Section, focuses on environmental litigation and natural resource damages claims.
