Ms. Sloan is the firm's in-house e-discovery expert. She plans and manages databases and document collections, coordinates document productions and reviews, and consults on e-discovery issues. She assists attorneys in preparation and presentation at trial, including management of electronic databases and the electronic presentation of trial exhibits.

At the International Legal Technology Association Conference in August, 2010, Ms. Sloan was a panelist on the topic "Best Practices for Trial War Room Setup." She is a member of the International Legal Technology Association, Indiana Paralegal Association, and National Federation of Legal Assistants.
