Andrew "Rusty" Perry has been involved with business and real estate transactions and environmental law for eighteen years. His extensive experience in transactions has focused on redevelopment and brownfield properties.

Mr. Perry's experience with the environmental aspects of transactions includes advising clients as purchasers, sellers, lessors, lessees, lenders, and borrowers in numerous transactions. The principals in these transactions have included private equity companies, manufacturers, retailers, lenders, distributors, developers, and many others.

Mr. Perry is a founding member of the Denver Mayor's Sustainability Council, representing private business leaders in recommending legislation and programs for the City of Denver.  He is also active with the Western Energy Alliance.
