Brian Zagon handles environmental litigation and agency proceedings as well as insurance coverage litigation on behalf of policyholders. Mr. Zagon manages each matter to maximize the potential recovery of policy benefits for clients and has successfully obtained defense and indemnity for clients in numerous matters where other law firms were unsuccessful. Mr. Zagon has been consistently selected by his peers as one of Northern California’s Super Lawyers in Environmental Litigation in 2006, and 2008 to 2017.

Mr. Zagon also represents clients in securities arbitration proceedings. He handles disputes with stockbrokers, brokerage firms and investment advisors, including misrepresentation, unauthorized trading, suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, and other issues. His work has resulted in millions of dollars in recoveries for Hunsucker Goodstein clients, including a $3.9 million arbitration award for an investor client against one of the largest national brokerage houses.

Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein in 1998, Mr. Zagon represented numerous major brokerage houses as a partner at a national law firm.
