Justin Panitchpakdi (pronounced puh-NITCH-pock) practices law in the areas of Insurance Coverage and Environmental Litigation. Mr. Panitchpakdi has represented insurance policyholders in mediation, pre-trial litigation, and at trial. He is experienced in drafting complaints, pre-trial motions and pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery and interviewing expert witnesses for litigation.

Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein, Mr. Panitchpakdi counseled policyholders at Kerley Schaffer LLP, an insurance bad-faith litigation boutique and recently was instrumental in obtaining a large settlement through mediation for an insurance policyholder client. Mr. Panitchpakdi spent a year during law school working in the consumer protection division of the Federal Trade Commission investigating the environmental impact of consumer products on waste water systems across the nation. He was also a member of the UC Hastings Space Law Society.

A native of Santa Cruz, before practicing law, Mr. Panitchpakdi served the public as an ocean lifeguard for the California State Parks and Beaches in Santa Cruz and Santa Barbara counties.
